Carrier Qualifications: Enrolling in RMIS

2 Minute read
Xpress Technologies has partnered with Registry Monitoring Insurance Services (RMIS) to accelerate your carrier on-boarding so that you can book great freight quickly and receive timely payments. Completing your carrier on-boarding is simple and only takes a few minutes to complete. Follow these simple steps and book your next load today.
- If you haven’t done so already, create an Xpress Technologies account.
- After completing your account creation, you will be asked to complete your RMIS registration. Alternatively, if you decide to postpone your RMIS Carrier Setup, you will be asked to complete RMIS registration when you are ready to book your first load, or you can visit this link directly.
- RMIS will require a few pieces of information from you and having the following details handy will expedite your RMIS registration:
- Your MC/MX # and/or DOT #
- Contact details for the person authorized to enter into and bind your company to any agreements
- Taxpayer identification number to complete an electronic W9
- Certificate of Insurance
- Two trade references
- Payment option details
- Once you begin RMIS registration, you will be guided through the step-by-step process of providing the required on-boarding certifications and payout options. Should you need to pause and come back later, don’t worry. You can easily pick right back up where you left off.
Congratulations!
After completing your RMIS Carrier Registration, you are all set to book loads with Xpress Technologies… and we’ll know where to send your money.
